The croft is an ideal location for those visiting Glen Affric National Nature Reserve and the neighbouring glens. The holiday accommodation at Dunedin Croft offers you peace and tranquillity, set in 9 acres of unspoilt countryside on the banks of the River Cannich.

A short distance from the accommodation is Glen Affric perhaps the most beautiful of all the Scottish glens. Loch Ness is only 12 miles distant and a pleasant drive along the banks of the Loch leads to the City of Inverness with all its facilities.

We offer a choice of accommodation with self catering and B&B accommodation available in our comfortable self contained cottage or self catering accommodation in our luxurious caravan.

The accommodation at Dunedin is a leisurely 5 minute walk from the centre of Cannich where you will find the local shop and Post Office providing for your everyday items. There are also two bars and a café in Cannich providing a range of food and beverages throughout the day.

Open all year round, Dunedin Croft is a perfect place for walking, golfing, fishing, pony trekking, bird watching, cycling, deer and other wildlife spotting. Besides Glen Affric you will find that Glen Cannich and Glen Strathfarrar also provide excellent opportunities for enjoying the great outdoors and discovering what nature has to offer. In the summer months a bus service operates between Cannich and Glen Affric several days a week.

Directions to Dunedin Croft Holiday Accommodation in Cannich: Travelling from the south on the A82 join the A831 at Drumnadrochit for 12 miles. At the junction with the Cannich village main street turn sharp right through the traffic lights towards Beauly. Your holiday accommodation is approximately a half mile on the right hand side of the road.

Visitors travelling via the A9 have the option of approaching from Inverness or Beauly. From Inverness head south on the A82 along Loch Ness to Drumnadrochit and from there follow the directions above. If travelling via Beauly join the A831 just west of Beauly village for about 16 miles by the side of the River Glass, the accommodation at Dunedin is on your left a half mile before reaching Cannich.
