DUNEDIN COTTAGE (Sleeps 4) - Bed and Breakfast & Self Catering Accommodation in Cannich

Dunedin Croft Holiday CottageThe holiday accommodation at Dunedin Croft is a self contained cottage adjoining the owners property in the village of Cannich a short distance from the River Glass. There is sufficient off road parking for several vehicles and entry to the holiday cottage is via a porch with a low threshold. The tastefully decorated accommodation is well appointed with all modern facilities and benefits from oil fired central heating with combi boiler. Electricity, oil, calor gas, towels and bed linen are all included in the holiday price.

Guests are also permitted to fish for trout, free of charge, from the river bank within the confines of the croft.

We are pleased to offer bed & breakfast accommodation when the cottage is not booked for self catering.

The accommodation comprises:

  • Lounge - Comfortably furnished with Freesat TV and DVD player
  • Dining Kitchen - Eye-level electric oven, calor gas hob, microwave oven, washing machine & tumble dryer
  • Conservatory
  • One Double Bedroom
  • One Twin Bedroom
  • Bathroom - handrail and shower with handrail/seat suitable for partially disabled persons

There are ironing facilities and both bedrooms are equipped with hair dryers. A travel cot and changing mat are available on request. A barbecue is provided and there is an additional chest freezer available external to the cottage. Local tourist information and leaflets suggesting places to visit are available in the lounge and there are a number of books provided. Well behaved dogs are very welcome at an additional charge, however please be aware of the presence of livestock in the vicinity.

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR B&B GUESTS

Dunedin Cottage is available to visitors for Bed and Breakfast when not in use by self catering guests. Being a fully self contained unit there are no restrictions on the time you can come and go. Our B&B guests have full use of the facilities.

For B&B patrons, a Continental Breakfast or a traditional Full Scottish Breakfast is provided or if you wish, provisions can be provided for you to prepare your breakfast at your leisure. Packed lunches and evening meals can also be prepared by prior arrangement.

B&B charges for 2011 are £30 per person per night based on two people sharing.

A non-refundable deposit of £75.00 is required on booking and the balance to be paid three weeks prior to arrival. If booking is less than three weeks prior to your visit then the full amount must be sent with your booking.

There is a charge of £10 per week per dog, maximum two animals.

We are not able to accept payment by credit/debit card.
